Basil Pesto Cottage Cheese Dip
- 8 Tbsp. prepared pesto sauce
- 2 cups Hood® Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- Whole pine nuts for garnish, if desired
Place the pesto sauce and cottage cheese in a blender or food processor. Process on high speed until blended, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. Garnish with a small mound of pine nuts in the center, if desired.
Serve with whole wheat crackers or vegetables.
