Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients
- 5 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour + 1/4 cup
- 1/2 cup oats, raw
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, cold
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Hood® Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, gently toss blueberries, sugar, and 3 Tbsp. flour. Place fruit mixture in a 2-quart baking dish. *Thaw frozen berries, but do not drain.
Step 3
To make topping, place 1/4 cup flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl. Combine well. Add butter and cut in until mixture is crumbly. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle topping evenly over blueberry mixture.
Step 4
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is golden and filling is bubbly.
Step 5
Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
