Fig and Prosciutto Crostini

Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups Hood® Country Style Cottage Cheese
- 1 pint fresh figs sliced
- 6oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup of baby arugula
- fresh cracked black pepper
Directions

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.

STEP 2
Slice the baguette about 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick. Lightly brush olive oil on each slice and arrange a single layer on your baking sheet.

Bake until golden and crisp, about 10-12 minutes. Allow the toasts to cool to room temperature.

STEP 4
Spoon Hood Country Style Cottage Cheese and top with sliced figs, arugula, and thinly sliced prosciutto. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle fresh ground black pepper.
*If figs are not available or in season, apricots also work well!
