Golden EggNog Peanut Butter Cookies
- 11 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 2/3 cups chunky peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp Hood® Golden Eggnog
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine butter, sugar, and brown sugar in mixer and beat until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter and beat until completely blended. Add eggnog, egg, and vanilla and blend completely.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, soda, and salt together and add to butter mixture. Blend completely.
Scoop desired size onto cookie sheet(s) and bake for 6 to 9 minutes depending on size.
