Grilled Chicken Thighs with Cilantro Crema image


  • 1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Southwest seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Hood® Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped


  • STEP 1

    Heat gas or charcoal grill. Brush both sides of chicken thighs with oil; sprinkle with seasoning.

  • STEP 2

    When grill is heated, place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once halfway through cooking time.

  • STEP 3

    Meanwhile in small bowl, stir together sour cream, cilantro, lime juice and garlic. Serve chicken with cilantro crema.
