- 1 small (12-inch) French baguette
- 1 cup Hood® Country Style Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 medium peaches, washed and dried
Slice the bread into 24, 1/2-inch slices.
In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese and the feta cheese. Mix well. Top each slice of bread with 2 tablespoons of the cottage cheese mixture.
To slice peaches, cut into four sections, rotating the peach so that you cut around the pit. Cut each section lengthwise into 1/8-inch slices. Place 3 peach slices on each piece of bread. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
