Pineapple Banana Split

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnut halves
- 2 bananas, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1/2 cup Hood® Cottage Cheese with Pineapple
- 1/4 cup melting dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
Directions

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place walnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until walnuts are fragrant and lightly toasted. Remove from oven. Let cool slightly. Roughly chop.

Meanwhile, add each halved banana to a shallow medium-sized bowl. Top each banana equally with cottage cheese.

Add dark chocolate melting wafers or dark chocolate chips to a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat at half power for 15-20 seconds. Stir, then heat another 15-20 seconds and stir. Repeat again, if needed. Stir until smooth. Don’t overheat chocolate.
