- 1 avocado, halved
- 1/4 cup Hood® Cottage Cheese with Chive
- 1/2 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
- Freshlyground black pepper
Halve and pit avocado. Place each half on a plate.
Spoon 1/8 cup cottage cheese into the center of each avocado half and top equally with chives and freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
