- 16 oz. Hood® Sour Cream
- 4 tsp. finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly with a spoon.
Cover with plastic wrap or seal in an air tight container and refrigerate for at least one hour. For bolder flavors, refrigerate overnight.
Serve cold, with fresh vegetables or crackers.
