Veggie Wrap with Cottage Cheese image

Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese with Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 cup baby arugula or baby spinach leaves, loosely packed
  • 1 carrot, shaved into ribbons
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and slivered, optional
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  • STEP 1

    Spread wraps equally with cottage cheese.

  • STEP 2

    Top with baby greens, carrot, cucumber, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes (optional) and pepper.

  • STEP 3

    Roll, slice in half and serve.
