Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese with Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 cup baby arugula or baby spinach leaves, loosely packed
- 1 carrot, shaved into ribbons
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and slivered, optional
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions

STEP 1
Spread wraps equally with cottage cheese.

Top with baby greens, carrot, cucumber, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes (optional) and pepper.
