Ingredients
- 1 cup Hood® Light Cream
- 1/2 cup Hood® Heavy Cream
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (70% dark chocolate recommended)
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- Pinch salt
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
Directions

STEP 1
Bring the Hood® Light Cream, Hood® Heavy Cream and sugar to a boil.

Remove from heat and whisk in the dark chocolate, cocoa powder and salt until fully dissolved.

Add the peppermint extract last, then pour into cups and enjoy!
